In Burst, the focus is on building your strength, speed, and power while incorporating a variety of different training methods to ensure that you get the work you need!
Burst teaches proper techniques and habits to our athletes so that you can perform at an elite level safely, while also teaching you these skills in a safe environment.
Burst Athletic Training takes place three times per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:30 PM.
